Ms. Rhonda Labiche, a field assistant with SIAH, participated in the third cohort of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training program conducted in China. Ms Labiche underwent specialized training in Ornamental Horticulture in China from 6 March to 9 May 2024. This training was jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Education and the China Africa TVET Alliance, as outlined in the memorandum of understanding signed in 2022. This training aims to enhance the teaching skills of Seychelles’ vocational education teachers, enrich their teaching experience, promote cultural and educational exchange between China and Seychelles and deepen the friendship between the two nations.
