Mr Kenneth Esparon, a lecturer at SIAH, was selected to participate in China’s fourth cohort of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program from 17 September to 14 November. Mr Esparon received specialized training in ornamental horticulture and landscaping at the Zibo Vocational Institute, Shandong College. This programme aimed to help the participants acquire pedagogy skills to help the ministry develop a comprehensive TVET curriculum and effectively transfer knowledge and skills to their peers.
